Tom, a few things to share with you regarding our new high efficiency furnace you installed our home; We have been in our Naperville home for 22 years. The high efficiency furnace originally installed in our home served us well and required only routine maintenance. Our new 95% efficiency furnace with variable fan speed has showed my family a new level of comfort. With our old unit, we experienced noticeable temperature fluctuations in the house as the furnace cycled on and off. With the new unit, the temperature remains consistent at our predetermined level of comfort. Also, thanks to Tony's adjustment of our existing duct work, we no longer have cold areas/rooms in our home that we dealt with for lo these many years. The new furnace is also considerably quieter and the thermostat offers more flexibility with all manner of settings to fit virtually any heating/cooling scenario desired. Thank you for your thorough explanation of our options for a new furnace and also for your excellent service.
I would like to give a compliment to Tom and his crew who installed two HVAC systems in my new home. The equipment recommendations and subsequent install went very well. Tom has returned to assure the system is working up to proper specs and give me an orientation on the operation of the system. To date we are very pleased with the experience and will contact Tom for future needs and service of the system.
You will be happy to know that we have lost the banging noise when the AC comes on. It must have been the old furnace. We are so happy with the new one. Thanks again for being so good to us. My wife and I would like to thank you for your help with our kitchen remodeling project. I had never seen a microwave vent that fits between the walls, thus saving cabinet space. I was also impressed with your attention to detail you used on the vent and cold-air return layout. This has eliminated the terrible drafts that we had in the old kitchen. We are so happy that we decided to make the change and put in the new furnace. It is such a joy not to have to change the thermostat as much as we used to and we have a perfect even temperature through the whole house, plus the humidity is the same throughout. It is sure a joy to have it so quiet, you never know it is running unless you listen real close when it comes on to heat or cool.
